Once identified they can be of a great help.

Proactime is delivered with an inventory of competencies and expertises. You can modify and enrich it in order to adapt it to your needs.

On the basis of this inventory you can profile your partners. Linking of expertises to your partners is done by drag&drop.

These expertises will enable you to invite competent people to meetings or involve them in your projects.

As a manager, teacher or trainer you can also define skill profiles : skills your employees or students master and those they have to acquire.

Their expertises are included in their files and are displayed in red if they have to acquire or to improve them.

Anytime you can display all corresponding partners by a click on an expertise and open their files.

Same way you can visualize your partners according to their implications in meetings and projects.

Efficiency implies preparation. Proactime enables you to prepare your meeting, select and imply partners on behalf of their expertises, mail or print invitations and attach necessary files for their own preparations.

At the end of the meeting, decisions are delegated to them by drag&drop. Proactime also guarantees the follow-up. Delegated actions will be displayed on your day's schedule on due date.
