4. Identify the actionable tasks Tasks and ideas of actions are filtered on tab Free your mind according to their actionability and their duration. Default value is 15 minutes. Tasks are immediately actionable when we exactly know how to proceed and when all needed resources, skills included, are available to accomplish them. If our workload is low, we can directly plan them by drag&drop on icons Today, Tomorrow or Date (to define). We may also identify One-minute Actions which are easy actionable tasks we can execute in a few minutes. They will be displayed on the Dashboard until their accomplishment. We can also use this category of action (MIN) as daily reminders, for example Review tab Free your mind, Eat a fruit at breakfast, Congratulate your employees. Actionable tasks without time constraint are moved to the Waiting room, tab Week. We can still delay them in moving them to tables Month or Quarter or Year by drag&drop. Planned actionable tasks are displayed on the Dashboard on the chosen date. Remember that with PROACTIME, tasks are not completed but accomplished in one breath. Production cycles are short, by default 15 minutes. When you launch the application, a window pops up listing all delayed tasks. You can reschedule them by drag&drop. Tab Free your mind also welcomes shopping items. If you drag&drop them on the corresponding icon, they will be displayed on your shopping list (menu RES > Finance). If our workload is high, actionable tasks are handed over to tab File your actions for their later planning. |
